Ekholmsnäs Golf Lidingö AB (org. no. 556266-8003) operates and owns the platform swedishgolfalliance.com. By clicking the “Buy” button, you agree to these terms and confirm that Ekholmsnäs Golf Lidingö AB receives your order. Ekholmsnäs Golf Lidingö AB reserves the right to update and modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
PAYMENT TERMS
Memberships renew automatically on January 1 each year unless canceled before the start of the new year.
Payment for the next year’s membership is charged on December 31 of the current year.
Cancellation must be made no later than December 30 via your account in the My Pages section while logged in.
PURCHASE AND CONFIRMATION
Once your membership has been registered, a confirmation will be sent via email. The membership is valid when your Golf-ID has been activated. You can verify your active membership by logging in to Min Golf via Golf.se
PRICES AND VAT
All prices are listed in euros and include value-added tax (VAT) at the applicable rate.
DELIVERY OF MEMBERSHIP
Purchased memberships are activated within 24 hours of completed payment. Delivery occurs through the activation of your profile in GIT (Golf IT system).
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding a newly registered membership must be sent by email to info@swedishgolfalliance.com
Complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. If the complaint is approved, Ekholmsnäs Golf Lidingö AB will cover the return cost.
DETERMINATION AND ADJUSTMENT OF FEES
Fees are set by Ekholmsnäs Golf Lidingö AB, which reserves the right to adjust them.
Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days before the next billing period.
Notifications of price changes will be sent via the Swedish Golf Federation server to the email address registered in your Min Golf account.
